We are thrilled to welcome you to “East Village Dining Room”

Located on the 1st floor just a short step away from the main bar.

Adam Spencer’s culinary talent will be augmented by the addition of David Pearce as our new restaurant manager, formerly of Attica in Melbourne, Jean George Vongerichten in New York and Banc in Sydney just to name a few.

Adding a new menu designed by head chef Adam to craft ales, cocktails and fine wine by David, you are all in for something very special. Think, seared hand dived Hervey Bay scallops and charred corn puree with Massena “The Surly Muse” Viognier from the Barossa or slow cooked Bangalow sweet pork, apple and fennel ‘coleslaw’ with Jean Claude Bessin Chablis Premier Cru or a melt in the mouth combination of our famous pea, ham and eggs over a glass of Gavi from Piedmont in Italy.
